Coach Rachelle is a seasoned international Consultant, Executive and Life Coach, and Corporate Trainer with over 24 years of expertise in Business Agility, Organisational Effectiveness, Strategic Change Management, Leadership, and Human Capital Performance Transformation across diverse industries.
Building upon a decade-long career in Finance at Procter & Gamble Europe, Coach Rachelle has successfully led and executed high-impact Business Agility and Optimisation programs. Her extensive portfolio includes initiatives in Operational Excellence (OPEX), Lean Business Process Reengineering, Customer Experience, Regulatory Compliance, Human Capital Productivity, and Operating Cost Reduction, often within complex and challenging environments.
For over two decades in the GCC and APAC regions, Coach Rachelle has also excelled as a Developmental, Social, and Corporate Psychologist, Life Strategist, and Transformational Coach. She specialises in designing and delivering innovative leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence programs for some of the region’s largest organisations and influencial individuals.
As a Master Specialist in Behavioural Science, Body Language, and Communication, Coach Rachelle integrates Neuroscience and Behavioural Science to revolutionise learning. Moving beyond conventional, outdated methods, she ensures a highly interactive, adaptive, and results-driven approach tailored to each individual and organisation.
